Service Provider Referral Requirements

At SoldByAuthor.com, we’re committed to maintaining a trusted, high-quality network of service providers. To ensure that every Co-op Network Service Provider delivers exceptional service, we only accept referrals from Author Members who have personally used the provider and rated their experience at 4.5 stars or higher.

To complete a referral, Author Members must upload a receipt confirming the service was rendered and submit the form below. This helps us verify quality and accountability across our network.

In exchange for joining our Co-op Network, service providers must offer SBA Author Members a minimum 10% discount off their standard public pricing. In return, they receive:

  • A Free Co-op Network Service Provider Membership

  • Free ad placement on our Co-op Service Provider Directory

  • Access to our Members-Only Stripe Checkout system — allowing them to accept payments directly from SBA members while avoiding platform fees

For example, providers using Fiverr lose 20% in commissions. With SBA, they keep more of their earnings and deliver more value to our members.

All service providers are subject to review and may be removed at any time if they fail to meet our community standards.
